Employees with 20 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between Rs45,534 and Rs302,673 per month. 10 years of experience earns employees a monthly salary between Rs39,912 and Rs208,551.
The age group for employees who answered the survey was mostly between 30 and 39 years of age. 37% of workers in this occupation state that they do not have any children. Of the respondents, 26% are female and 74% are male.
Workers work 41 hours per week on average. Coverage by collective bargaining amongst workers is 2%, while 98% are not covered by a collective agreement, according to our survey.
Majority organisations employ 500 or more workers
Workers in this occupation mostly work in organisations consisting of 500 or more people. 46% of employees have worked fewer than 5 years since their first job. 61% of workers in this occupation state that they have a permanent contract for the work that they are doing. In most cases, workers in this occupation report that the majority of their coworkers are male. Of the participating workers, 41% work in a multinational organisation. 39% of employees state that they have no permanent contract for their job.
The survey shows that 2% of the workers feel highly dissatisfied about their position. On the whole, workers feel satisfied about their job. This feeling is shared by 50% of the workers.
