Part-II For piece-rated Workers | |||
(A) Weavers working on jacquard or Drop Box Looms shall be paid @ Rs.310.46 per day or Rs.S072/- P.M. or the rates per piece or per pick per 100 metres shall be so fixed by the employers as to enable the Weaver to earn not less than Rs.310.46 per day by working 8 hours a day. | |||
(B) Weavers working on all kinds of Power Looms shall be paid @ Rs.310.46 per day or Rs.8072/- P.M. or the rate per Ounce per metre for one hundred metre or canvas produced shall be so fixed by the employers as to enable the weavers to earn not less than Rs.31 0.46 per day for working 8 hours a day. | |||
(C). Weavers manufacturing Shawl Gola will be paid @ Rs.310.46 per day or Rs.8072/- P.M. or rate per Kilogram of cloth produced shall be so fixed by the employers as to enable the weavers to earn not less than Rs.31 0.46 per day for working 8 hours a day. |

(D). Weavers manufacturing latha, khasha, poplin, Sooti, Dosooti, Zeen, Stapple. Fabron, Jorget Silky etc will be paid @ Rs.31 0,46 per day or Rs. 8072/- P.M. or rate per Kilogram of cloth produced shall be so fixed by the employers as ~oenable the weavers to earn not less than Rs. 310.46 pet. day for working 8 hours a day.' |
